Surgical Sock Shop at 27 Orchard Street, Monsey, New York.

Dishonest store owner, sold me defective surgical socks, I called her right away and was told my only recourse was to send it back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent a full refund to the store which was supposed to pass it on to me. Instead, they took off a $35 "fitting fee" even though they never fitted the item on me. I spoke to the manufacturer and was told the full amount belonged to me, as the store already got paid from the original sale. I called numerous times and was to speak to Mrs Shwartz who never seems to be in (she was there to make the sale, but not there to return my stolen money). Mrs Swartz never returns my calls or responds to my messages. I would not recommend this store to anyone, as they are grossly dishonest and stole from me.
